1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChronoQueue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ChronoQueue is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and share watch Collections and wish lists ("Queues"). Users can document their watches, share public Collections, and discover watches curated by others.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload to the App
• By uploading content, you grant ChronoQueue a license to use, store, and display your content within the App
• You represent that you own or have the right to upload any images or content you share
• You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any laws

5. Perpetual Subscription Service

ChronoQueue offers a premium subscription service called "Perpetual" with the following terms:

Subscription Options

• Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month
• Annual Subscription: Automatically renews every year
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access

Auto-Renewal Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store account settings after purchase
• No cancellation of current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period

Pricing and Billing

• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase
• Current subscription pricing is available in the App's subscription purchase screen

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by your app store provider according to their refund policy
• For refund requests, contact your app store's customer support directly

Premium Features

Perpetual subscription includes:

• Unlimited watch additions to your account
• Extra image slots for Collection watches (up to 4 total images per watch)
• Premium customer support priority
• Perpetual badge in-app and on public content
• Lifetime subscribers receive an exclusive Founder's Edition badge

6. Image Rights and Copyright

• You must own the rights to any images you upload or have permission to use them
• You may not upload copyrighted images without proper authorization
• You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• ChronoQueue reserves the right to remove content that may infringe on third-party rights

7. Public Sharing

• When you make a Queue or Collection public, it becomes viewable by other users and may appear in discovery features
• You can change the privacy settings of your Collections at any time
• Public Queues and Collections may be featured or promoted within the App

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the App's infrastructure
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of watch information or pricing
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

12. Limitation of Liability

ChronoQueue's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
