Social Activity

• The collectors you follow and the collectors who follow you
• Watches you save from other collectors' Queues and Collections
• Notifications we send you, such as new followers and saves of your watches
• Collectors you block, and reports you submit about other collectors

Watch Collection Data

• Watch details (brand, model, images, specifications, etc.)
• Collection organization and preferences
• Notes and stories you add to your watches
• Links to retailers you add to your watches

Usage Information

• How you interact with the App
• Features you use most frequently
• Technical information about your device
• A push notification token for your device, if you allow notifications

Images

• Photos you upload of your watches
• Profile photos you choose to upload
• We process images for optimization and storage

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the App's functionality
• Authenticate your account
• Store and display your watch Queues and Collections
• Enable sharing features when you choose to make Queues or Collections public
• Show your public profile to other collectors and power following, saving, and discovery features such as suggested collectors
• Send you push notifications about activity on your account, which you can manage in the App's settings
• Extract watch details from links you paste and identify watches from photos you submit
• Convert prices into your preferred currency
• Review reports and enforce our Terms of Use
• Send important updates about the App
• Provide customer support

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• When you make Queues or Collections public (only the Queue or Collection data you choose to share)
• With other collectors through your public profile, as described in "Your Public Profile" below
• With service providers who help us operate the App (under strict confidentiality)
• When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Your Public Profile

Every ChronoQueue account has a profile that other collectors can view in the App and at a public web link. Your profile shows:

• Your username, profile photo, bio, and wrist size
• Your country's flag and any membership badge
• When you started collecting on ChronoQueue
• Your follower and following counts, and the collectors in those lists
• Your Collection, Queues, and recent activity, according to your privacy settings

You decide who can see your Collection and Queues in the App's privacy settings, and you can choose which personal details, such as purchase prices, notes, and stories, appear on watches you share. When you save another collector's watch, that collector is notified that you saved it. Collectors you block can no longer see your profile, and you will no longer see theirs.

When you report a collector, we store the report, notify our team by email, and review it. The reported collector is not told who reported them.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• We use Supabase for data storage and authentication
• Images are stored securely and served through content delivery networks
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Control the privacy settings of your Queues and Collections
• Block other collectors and report content that breaks our Terms of Use
• Turn push notifications on or off

7. Image Processing

• We may process uploaded images to optimize file sizes and improve performance
• Original images are retained securely
• You maintain ownership of your images

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Google Firebase (analytics and push notifications)
• RevenueCat (processing Perpetual purchases through the App Store and Google Play)
• AI services that extract watch details from links and identify watches from photos you submit
• Content moderation services for image safety
• An email provider, for support messages and report notifications
• A currency exchange rate service (no personal information is shared)

These services have their own privacy policies and security measures.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

11. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, watches, images, follows, notifications, saves, and blocks, and your public links stop working.

12. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and understand how you use the App.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
